Warranty Policy

  1. Once sold, goods cannot be returned or exchanged, but they can be repaired under warranty.
  2. The manufacturer company will repair or replace products that fall under the warranty.
  3. Warranty is void for items with removed stickers, cases of burns, and physically damaged goods caused by external factors such as accidents, abuse, misuse, improper maintenance, use under abnormal conditions, presence of liquid, or issues with electrical power.
  4. Unauthorized changes, modifications, or alterations to the products will void the warranty.
  5. Loss or damage of data from the device is not covered under warranty.
  6. Warranty is applicable only for products with a serial number on the invoice. Any alteration or removal of the laptop’s serial number voids the warranty.
  7. Software-related issues, whether bundled or installed by the customer, are not covered under laptop warranty.
  8. Tech Marvels is not obligated to provide software support and reserves the right to charge for such services.
  9. A minimum of 5 days is required to inspect laptops covered under warranty.
  10. If laptop came with No Power/No Display/Dead condition, Tech Marvels will receive the product ON CONDITION and will declare if it is covered under warranty upon inspection.
  11. Time needed for warranty repair is not fixed. It can take from 5-7 days to maximum 30 days. Time can extend more than 30 days in some cases [Because in some cases, parts needed for the product not available or shortage of stock].
  12. The terms and conditions of Manufacturer Company will also be applied for warranty. Manufacturer warranty terms can be found on their website.
  13. If any problem arises due to BIOS setup/update, Tech Marvels will not be responsible for that.
  14. Any repairs or replacements made under this warranty will not extend the original warranty period.
  15. This warranty does not cover any software or data installed or used on the laptop. Customers are responsible for backing up their data and software before seeking warranty service.
  16. For warranty claims, the original signed invoice is mandatory. Tech Marvels reserves the right to decline service without the original proof of purchase.
  17. Tech Marvels reserves the right to change this policy without prior notice.
